Here is the "before" picture. Look at all those nasty vines, ugh!
Some of the blocks are in place and the front bed is full of little flowers!
We finally have all the blocks in place and are now trying to even out the dirt, we took 2 truck loads to Chris's mom's house to fill in holes left by the tornadoes.
Finally have some plants sprouting!
Now we have lots of veggies!
Ok, here are the ingredients:
The only ingredients I end up buying are the onion and garlic. Anyway, chop all these up as finely as you desire (I use this old-time chopper thingy which gets everything really small). Remember to pull out all the old-wives-tales for chopping onions, it gets to me every time, ugh! Add the honey last after you have mixed everything up. I think the honey adds an interesting dimension, it sort of masks the taste of the spicy jalapeno at first and then gives it to you at the end. Other mix-ins include salt and pepper, and lime juice, although I prefer mine just simple.
